A-Plus In Home Care has selected Vanita Kemp as our employee of the month for March.
Vanita has been with us for about a year and in that time has made a huge impact. We can always depend on her to show up and be on time for work and when doing senior care, that is a valuable attribute. As you can see from her beautiful smile, she brightens the days of all her clients. We just learned that in addition to her hard work for A-Plus, Vanita has 19 grandchildren. She has a full life and feels very blessed.
We asked Vanita what being a Home Care Aide means to her.
“I take pride in my work. I really love taking care of people. I enjoy making patients smile every day. I enjoy lifting their spirits through their medical journey. Sometimes just a smile or a hug is all they need, so when I walk out the door, they have the strength to keep pushing through.
